HVAC Service and Installer for Commercial/Residential in Everett WA

We are looking for a well rounded service /installer combo technician.
Core Responsibilities:
Installation:
Install various HVAC equipment (furnaces, air conditioners, heat pumps, ventilation systems, refrigeration units) according to blueprints, specifications, and manufacturer instructions.
Ductwork:
Design, fabricate, and install ductwork and fittings, including connecting ductwork to indoor and outdoor units.
Testing and Commissioning:
Test systems for proper operation, troubleshoot issues, and perform required maintenance.
Compliance:
Ensure all work is completed in compliance with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards, including refrigerant handling. And long line applications.
Additional Tasks:
Maintenance and Repair:
Perform routine maintenance, diagnose problems, and make necessary repairs on existing and new systems and any other HVAC systems.
Record Keeping:
Maintain accurate records of work performed, including paperwork and electronic documentation. Whatever app we provide at the time to stay in compliance.
Skills and Qualifications:
Technical Skills: Strong mechanical and electrical aptitude, ability to read blueprints, and knowledge of HVAC systems.
Problem-Solving: Ability to diagnose and troubleshoot issues with HVAC systems.
Communication Skills: Effective communication with clients and team members.
Physical Stamina: Ability to lift heavy equipment, work in various weather conditions, and perform tasks requiring physical exertion.
Education and Training: 10-years of field experience. High school diploma or GED, and potentially vocational training or an apprenticeship.
